AI has become a revolutionary technology that is changing the way business operates and making its impact felt in areas such as strategic decision-making and management practices. This study looks at the dynamic role played by artificial intelligence in business management through an examination of its basic concept, technological developments, and application in various organizations. The research analyses the development of AI starting from the basics to recent developments such as Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) and Deep Learning (DL). This paper focuses on how the use of ANN and DL can help increase business intelligence in the modern organization. In order to establish the trends associated with research on artificial intelligence in business management, a bibliometric analysis of relevant studies published between 1981 and 2022 will be undertaken. In addition, the study looks at how business academics perceive the incorporation of artificial intelligence in business management. Using the Theory of Planned Behavior, the study examines what influences the intent of business faculty to incorporate AI content in their courses.
