Research is provoked in get up of global discontent above formal training programs that the public sector universities of Sindh mostly resort to. Three (03) public sector universities, situated at Jamshoro were chosen for this research study randomly. Of these universities, 633 out of 1439 faculty members along with different ranks of positions were picked up randomly as respondents. The study reveals the positivity and significance about predictions of effective system of experiential learning as an informal human resource development (HRD) intervention in the public sector universities of Sindh. Research findings and conclusion show the positive and significant relationship between experiential learning and growth of the employees which provide implications for implementing hands-on learning as HRD intervention in view of the fact that it bears an ideal emancipation of employees’ involvement and work place support in contrast to formal training regime. This theory is likely to be a good direction for the organizations following HRD programs dynamically.
